Lead and manage a team of accountants or accounting staff Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and performance evaluations Coordinate and assist with month-end and year-end close processes Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support business objectives Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
