Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs Create a nurturing and safe environment for children Monitor and observe children’s development and behavior Provide guidance and support to children in their learning and social development Communicate with parents or guardians about children’s progress Maintain records and documentation related to children’s activities and progress Collaborate with other early childhood educators and staff members
