Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform various accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and analysis Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors Provide financial guidance and recommendations to management Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Mentor and train junior accounting staff Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives
