Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices Review and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable balances Respond to billing inquiries and resolve customer disputes or issues Maintain billing records and documentation Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing-related discrepancies Assist in the development and improvement of billing processes and procedures Stay updated with billing regulations and best practices”
