Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction Train and supervise employees, providing guidance and support Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise Assist in menu planning and development Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Note: This is a full-time position that requires a Grade 12 education, and a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
